Panther Girl confronts some thieves, unaware that the evildoers have some high-quality "muscle" at their disposal. As soon as monica makes her move to apprehend the thugs, one of them summons forth a weird occultic creature -- the "Grigg'M Beastie"!  The fiends laugh maniacally as the mystical thingie blasts our shapely adventurer into utter insensibility.  
ZZATTT!!   ZZATTT!!   ZZATTT!!   ZZATTT!!   ZZATTT!!   ZZATTT!!   ZZATTT!!   And our sexy gal goes down to the floor -- WHUMP!  Poor Panther Girl has been trounced by this "powerful protector entity.  So sad!!
